Met the rep, Roman, who happened to noticed our roof was in need of some serious TLC. They took care of negotiating with our insurance provider and the rest was easy, just signed the paper and like magic they put the new roof down in a few hours. Roman was absolutely a pleasure to meet and super knowledgeable about what we’d need to get all the parts for our roof replaced and everything. He even let us know our siding would be in need of repair, too! The work done positively exceptional, and the roof looks beautiful! I highly recommend Gold Star! They deserve several gold stars!

Recently after a hail storm in Kenosha, a sales associate from Gold Star Restoration knocked on my door offering to do a free inspection of my roof and siding. Since my house had aluminum siding, they suspected there might be damage, and sure enough, their inspection confirmed it. From the very beginning, they explained the process clearly. They told me what to expect, what it would cost, and assured me that they work directly with my insurance company. They even had their own public adjuster, which made the process simple and stress-free for me—I didn’t have to handle anything myself. The adjuster came out with his tools, marked all the damaged spots on my roof, siding, and garage, and then coordinated everything with my insurance claims adjuster. Within about two weeks, I got the call that my insurance had approved the claim, and I would be getting a brand-new roof and siding for both my house and garage. The only part I had to be involved in was choosing the colors and styles of the siding and shingles, which was honestly the fun part. Beyond that, Gold Star handled everything. They even went above and beyond by taking care of a few extra things out of the kindness of their hearts, which completely transformed my home. Another thing I really appreciated is that the company is bilingual English and Spanish and Hispanic owned and operated. They understand the community, communicate clearly, and treat you like family. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming process turned out to be a huge blessing thanks to their professionalism, communication, and care. I highly recommend Gold Star Restoration Company to anyone who needs roof or siding work after storm damage.

Ill be honest. I wasnt sure what to expect with this company however, I was 1000% pleasantly surprised with their thoroughness of their work as well as the quickness at which they got my project done. It helps when you bring 8 guys to do the job. I have one more large scale project for my house siding and I will definitely be giving these guys a call. Theyve earned it.
